BEHIND THE SCENES AT THE OLYMPICS PHOTO GALLERY
"Weapon At Rest"! The bike of a Champion. UCI World Champ, Magalie Pottier. The BMX Venue at the Olympics is getting to be recognized as one of the prettiest in the Olympic Park. National Flags flyin' high over the BMX Track at the London Olympics. Tory Nyhaug, all recovered from a very serious broken collarbone last May in the Netherlands! Amazing! Couldn't do it without the UCI Commissars. John Pingol, one of the best, off on some mission of administration. It's been a long road for South Africa's, Sifiso Nhlapo as the last 4 years got real short with injury worries. He's back and ready to go. Dr. J, Jason Richardson former AA Pro and legendary BMX rider. Now, he's the official Philippines BMX coach at the Olympics! NL BMX star, Raymon VDB, coolin' down after a HOT 37.779 second lap to qualify first on Wednesday. FAST FAST FAST!
Willers, chillin' after a hot day on the track. Netherland's Laura Smulders and NZL Sarah Walker. Training buddies in NL for the last couple of weeks. Liam Phillips is said to be FASTER than he was at the UCI Worlds where he broke his collarbone! Faster? That's hard to imagine, cuz he was quick there! Kurt Pickard, COOLIN' down to some Dr. Dre beats. Must be the thing to do, cuz EVERYONE has those on. Well, not everyone, but you know, right?
