You should be able to reach 100mph on that bike, but it will take some time to get there. If you choose a downhill road, that will help.
Just be aware, though, that in most places you can lose your license and you can be arrested for going that fast on public roads.

First of all top speed depends on the year but seem to be just under 100 MPH.

Top speeds of bikes are in reviews, dude, which is the top speed of the bike on a level surface at redline. Rider weight changes acceleration, but not top speed. Air resistance changes top speed. Think about it.
Is that '100+' MPH or KPH ?
Surely do the KPH, the MPH is about the maximum top speed on a good day with the wind at your back.
