What type of motor vehicle(s) would be BEST for pulling travel trailer RV's?

I'm asking this because in order for travel trailer RV's to be moved, they need to be pulled by a motor vehicle because travel trailer RV's don't have motors. Which type of motor vehicle(s) would be BEST for pulling travel trailer RV's?

a) sedan

b) coupe

c) SUV

d) pickup truck

e) minivan

f) station wagon

g) all of the above

h) some, but not all of the above

i) none of the above

Depend what you mean by "best". Do you care about fuel economy or comfort ? If you have a trailer dealership and want to move any trailer on the lot, probably a full-size pickup with a hitch both ends.

A pickup truck. A diesel would be best, because the heavier the weight put on the truck's trailer hitch, the more the back end squats and the front end comes up. (does not apply with gooseneck or 5th wheel hitch). Diesel engines are heavier, helping weight down front end for a heavy regular old trailer, and much more fuel efficient and powerful than a gas truck. My 1999 Ford F250 diesel has 264k miles on it, original engine, original tranny, pulled a semi-truck 3 weeks ago with a tow chain about a half a mile (78k lb)

depends on the size and weight of the rv.

A ford.
