Do I have to wear helmet if I ride a Georgia registered motorcycle in South Carolina?

I didn't knew that human skull hardens over time! Perhaps American people's skulls are! That explains it why they act like foolish most of the time! You Americans and your rules & regulations... Ha.

Even if you're not required to wear a helmet, its a good idea to wear one... It not only prevents your skull from smashing the pavement but also reduce wind blast noise (annoying) and keep your eyes away from getting itchy... Not to mention a tinted visor helmet keep sun away from your eyes...

Get an approved dual visor full face helmet... I've a 'convertible' or 'Flip up' helmet that's not only convenient (I wear glasses) but also looks pretty cool when you flip it open! Look up...

If you are over 21 you may ride in SC without a helmet.

It doesn't matter where the motorcycle is registered, just what age you are.

It is the laws of the state you are riding in

You must obey the laws of the jurisdiction that you are in.
