Yes, getting peeved or annoyed to see people talking on their phones while driving is completely natural and an instant reaction for any person. Driving is an activity which requires full use and attention of our eyes, our ears, our hands, our legs and full concentration of the mind. If someone is talking on the phone while driving, it can only mean that his attention is diverted and because of one phone call, he is putting the lives of others and his own life at risk. Same is true for texting.
What annoys is that people today can’t even delay one phone call and need the feel to reply to all calls, all texts and any kinds of phone notifications. This is something that should be completely banned and the traffic police should start charging hefty sums to prevent this from happening.
