what can be done to reckless drivers

What is horrible grammar? What can be done to people like you that do not compose sentences correctly? You failed to capitalize the first word of the second sentence, and, since it is a question, where is the question mark? Where is any punctuation mark? How come kids like you will not or cannot write correctly? There are laws and laws are set by the legislators at the state house. Apparently you are disturbed about something. Just like beauty is in the eye of the beholder, reckless behavior can be in the eye of the "other driver." However, it is the law, written and certified, that categorizes what is reckless driving. You cannot determine that. YOU, however, have the power to write correctly. Please do so. This educational virus, a poison named TEXTING, is chewing away the intelligence of American teens, who, due to this virus, at times cannot or will not even capitalize their own names.

reckless driving + total crazyness = accidents

bad driving

*sigh* No, it is not " wanton disregard to the rules of the road" or "bad driving" etc.. Read the Law: http://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/...

Question: What is reckless driving?

Question: what can be done to reckless drivers

Answer: CVC 23103(c) ... persons convicted of the offense of reckless driving shall be punished by imprisonment in a county jail for not less than five days nor more than 90 days....

Unfortunately, that continues with "or by a fine...." Bleeding Heart judges keep letting reckless drivers to walk out with just a small fine. If they were tossed in jail for three months the idiots be off the road, at least for a while.

Reckless driving means the driver pays wanton disregard to the rules of the road. It's a serious crime in some places, worse than speeding or an improper left turn or something. In California where I live it's 2 points on your license. Speeding over a certain amount over the speed limit is considered reckless driving.

Always make your car full condition . Never drink alcohol, beer, wine etc . Never try to competition speed but always try to competition safety .

This is a mix of careless driving where one isn't paying attention with excess speed. Thus not quite dangerous driving but next level down.

Three classes. Lowest being careless, then reckless and then dangerous.

Think of it as somebody taking chances where more care is needed.
