have a full car licence can i drive a 125cc motorbike?

UK:

check your licence (paper part), it almost certainly has class A1 as provisional entitlement. (if not you can apply to add it, free)

So after taking a CBT course (£100-150) you can ride a 125cc bike for 2 years on L plates. It is only necessary to repeat the CBT course every 2 years or take the theory and practical tests.

In the state that I live in, yes, but only on private property. A Class M is required to drive a motorcycle on public streets.

In most states, you need to be licensed separately for a motorcycle. Different skills are required for driving a car and a motorcycle so you need to be road tested for each separately. You can get both endorsements on the same license, but you will need to take and pass both tests.

You would most likely need a motorcycle license which means a written and a practical exam.(riding the bike showing you can handle it)

Noooope. Class M1 or M2, buddy.

MC endorsement. Written test, no street test
