$50 in scrap metal and up to $200 to the right buyer. It's not the engine, but the block. The 454 in the Winnebagos are designed for torque and not HP. A change of pistons, heads and a new cam could make it a good rat rod motor; But as is, it is not worth much more than a bare bones block.

From reading these other posts I would not believe you could slip the engine into a Camaro without some changes. However, that is exactly where my old 454 went to. I sold mine out of an 84 motorhome. They guy that bought dropped it into his Camaro "as is" or as was. Then he found he had beef up the front suspension.

I sold mine 2 years ago for $650. It had 34,000 original miles on it.

Probably $5-900 assuming it runs, or is a rebuildable core.

Don't know where people are coming up with their value for these things, but you aren't getting a good 454 block for cheap. Especially not cheaper than a 350 block lol.

I believe that is called a "tall deck" truck engine. Not the same as a Chevelle 454 etc. So, not much value unless somebody is looking for a truck block.

If it runs, it is worth at least $500, just for the crank and block.

look in the rv,s mag to find out or junk yards in your area

you got a gold mine their sell it for what it worth
