The model# is usually the last 2 letters following the serial # stamped into the aluminum lower engine cases.

No idea without getting it appraised. Your idea of stock and truly stock could be completely different. I've gone to look at "stock" old Harleys that were chromed and had aftermarket parts on them. Chrome didn't exist on old Harleys back in the day. If a part was shiny it was nickel plated. Even aftermarket bolts can lower a value a bunch. So get it appraised by someone that knows what they're doing.
A show bike? A lot. A basket case? Depends on the weight of the parts in the basket.
