I'd like some suggestions on books to read that are exclusively about motorcycle. Both the theory of it as well as things such as motorcycle maintenance.

Go visit your local library or book store. You'll find dozens of good books on motorcycles and motorcycle maintenance.

I learnt by doing personally, but YouTube videos help to. If possible, would be good to buy a cheap project bike and see if you could fix it up.
